Frank Wooden: Lead Pastor
Frank is married to Desiree and they have three grown sons. He serves on the Reignite and Multiply Team for the SoCal Assemblies of God and also works with Mosaix, an organization that promotes multi-ethnic ministry. Frank serves as a chaplain for the San Diego County Office of Emergency Services. He is the South Bay campus pastor as well.
John Bass: Executive Pastor, Administration
John is married to Joanne and they have two children. He runs our children’s ministry and founded SDMetroKids. John oversees administration at the church.
Larry Pierce: Executive Pastor, Resources
Larry is married to Vickie and they have a grown son. A former City Engineer for Vista, Larry oversees all areas of discipleship. He also coordinates ministries among our campuses.
Jon Nichols: North Park Campus Pastor
Jon and Sarah are the parents of two young boys. A visionary leader, he is the church planter for our North Park campus.
Karla Calderon: City Heights Spanish Campus Pastor
Karla is married to Pedro and they have a grown son. She has planted the first of many future Spanish-language campuses for us in the most diverse area of San Diego- City Heights.
Shawn Stead: Oceanside Biker Campus Pastor
Shawn is married to Sharon and they reside in Imperial Beach. He is the Vice-President of Warriors of the Cross Motorcycle Club. You can find him on Sunday mornings riding his Harley to Oceanside to our most unique campus, meeting at an independent motorcycle shop.
Tony Orlando: College Area Campus Pastor
Tony and Leah have two small children. They will be planting a church for us in late 2012 targeting the SDSU area. Tony is also an accomplished worship leader.
Sue Hegle: Missions
Sue is the leader of one of the largest campus ministries in the United States- Chi Alpha at San Diego State. She is a veteran of many missions trips and helps us to coordinate missions at all of our campuses.
Kimberlee Mendoza: Creative Arts, Youth
Kimberlee is married to Richard and they are the parents of two sons. She writes and directs our plays as well as develops teenagers to participate in Fine Arts. She also leads the Mosaic youth ministry at our South Bay Campus.
Jack Sampier: Worship
Jack and Ashley have three girls. A talented guitar player and singer, he leads worship at our South Bay Campus. He is also a resource for worship at our other campuses.
Malee Prateeptintong: Multi-ethnic
Malee was born in Thailand and speaks four languages. She is gifted at making connections with people of various ethnicities, especially more recent immigrants.
